Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develops a detailed project implementation plan and a clear timeline.<\/p>\n
Manages the on-site team and assigns tasks and responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Monitors work progress and ensures compliance with specifications and plans.<\/p>\n
Monitors the budget and controls project costs.<\/p>\n
Coordinates with suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n
Prepares periodic reports for senior management detailing project status and challenges.<\/p>\n
Ensures adherence to quality and safety standards throughout all phases of implementation.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.<\/p>\n
At least 8 to 10 years of experience managing major contracting projects.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
