Project Manager

Sets specific objectives in terms of quality, time, and cost. Coordinates between engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure the project proceeds efficiently and professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops a detailed project implementation plan and a clear timeline.

Manages the on-site team and assigns tasks and responsibilities.

Monitors work progress and ensures compliance with specifications and plans.

Monitors the budget and controls project costs.

Coordinates with suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth operations.

Prepares periodic reports for senior management detailing project status and challenges.

Ensures adherence to quality and safety standards throughout all phases of implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

At least 8 to 10 years of experience managing major contracting projects.

Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in the field.
