This project is one of Mabanee Company’s most prominent infrastructure projects. It aims to improve the efficiency of basic services and develop public facilities in the Al Nakheel District in accordance with quality and sustainability standards.
The scope of work includes the implementation of water, sewage, and stormwater drainage networks, the development of electricity and lighting networks, the construction of sidewalks and internal roads, as well as landscaping and urban landscape enhancements.
The project was implemented according to a precise engineering plan and comprehensive technical supervision to ensure quality implementation and the continuity of services at the highest levels of efficiency.
